This is Volume 2 of the two-volume set that reprints Kuwayama's TRADEMARKS AND SYMBOLS (Toyko: Kashiwa-shobo, 1973).The 1,503 examples are categorized in the book by their visual characteristics: human figures, faces, eyes, hands, animals, birds, fish, insects, etc. Truly stunning collections: highly recommended.
