This book was originally issued as a catalogue for an exhibit in Montreal in 1991 and it is one of the most valued and referenced books in my collection. Not only does it include detailed biographies of several hundred designers, but it catalogs in detail 200 pieces of 20th-century decorative art, including furniture, glass, fabrics, posters, jewelry, industrial design, etc. I can honestly say that this is book that you should not be without.
